Discussion, motion, and vote on motion, to approve or disapprove the quote submitted by Holt Truck Center, providing one (1) 14 passenger MFSAB type A (activity bus) and one (1) Type C 77 passenger (activity bus) both of which are 2024-2025 model year buses. After bidding, it was learned that the lowest bidders' specifications did not meet the bid requirements and had to be passed over.
