Accept and approve the NEW agreement between Broken Arrow Public Schools and the Oklahoma Army National Guard who will use Rhoades Elementary School to conduct training in honor of our Veterans and land a National Guard Airframe that can include either a UH60 Blackhawk or UH72 Lakota helicopter.
