Accept and approve the RENEWAL lease agreement between Broken Arrow Public Schools and the Broken Arrow Area Chamber of Commerce. This lease allows the BACC to use the Ballroom located at 210 North Main Street up to twenty four (24) times a fiscal year with an in-kind value of $300.00 per hour.
