Discussion, motion, and vote on motion to approve or disapprove the reappointment of Davis Robson to the Economic Development Corporation Board, pursuant to the BAEDC by laws. Mr. Robson is being reappointed for a second term. Terra Branson and Jason Hudson will be appointed as new members of the EDC and will both serve a three (3) year term from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. Brandy Moore is filling a vacant seat with two (2) years remaining, from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023 and this is her first term. There is no cost to the District.
