Accept and approve the RENEWAL agreement between Broken Arrow Public Schools and The Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce which will allow the BACC to use the ballroom located at 210 North Main Street, up to twenty (20) times a fiscal year with an in-kind value of $300.00 per hour during the 2024-2025 school year. BACC agrees to pay BAPS $4,850.00 in advance on the first day of each calendar month for the duration of the lease. The money received will be deposited into the District's building fund.
